How do I apply?

How do I check the status of my application?

Typically, your recruiter will contact you within a week. Often, they will contact you within a couple of days to schedule a phone or online interview. You can sign in to your Metro One account and view the status of all your job applications.

How long does the hiring process take for security officers?

Our hiring process is generally no more than one week from the time you submit your application to the time of an offer of employment.

Do I need security experience to work for Metro One?

No. We will provide all the training. Some positions do require previous law enforcement or military experience, but most don’t.

How old do I need to be to work for Metro One?

You must be at least 18 years old to be eligible for employment as a security officer.

Do I have to have a high school diploma?

Yes. You must be a high school graduate or have completed your GED.

Do I need to be U.S. citizen?

No. As long as you are authorized to work in the U.S.

Do you offer part-time work?

Yes. Many of our officer positions offer part-time schedules and flexible hours.

Do you offer weekend/ evening shifts?

Yes. We offer a wide variety of schedules.

Do I need a security license to work for Metro One LPSG?

Some states, but not all, require a security license. Please refer to your specific job listing. We can help you obtain the appropriate license after you are hired.

Do I need to get drug tested?

Yes. You must pass a criminal background check and a drug screening to work with us.

Do I have to pay for my uniform?

No. All uniforms are included.
